Terms of sale

The item is sold in its existing condition (“as is”).

Bidding excludes deductible VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

A bidding fee will also be charged.

The highest bidder must make full payment within 48 hours unless otherwise specified or other arrangements are made. The bid is binding.

The buyer must in person or via an authorised representative arrange collection of the purchased auction item as well as any disassembly/packing required for the item. Unfortunately, Kvdpro cannot offer transport services or help in packing.

Inspect the purchased auction item prior to collection. No complaint claims will be honoured after collection. Unless other arrangements are made, the buyer is responsible for disassembly and loading. All equipment disassembly must be done in a professional manner and in consultation with Kvdpro.

Note! If the highest bidder fails to carry out the above, the bidding fee will be charged and the item will be put back up for sale.
