Terms of sale
All objects sold on Kvdpro.com base their object descriptions on information from the seller and what emerges when Kvdpro or the customer makes a visual documentation of the object. No technical inspection of the object has been carried out. Always refer to pictures and film for condition assessment. There may be other errors in the condition and function description than what is written on kvdpro.com.
The object may have company names / logos hidden on images in the object description. Logos and similar decals will then remain on the object after sales. The buyer is responsible for any removing of stickers and decals.
It is paramount that the purchasing customer always thoroughly inspect the vehicle and its condition when picking up the object at the seller. Any faults or deficiencies that vary from the object description must be communicated to Kvdpro right away before removing the object from the seller’s property. The buyer, the seller and Kvdpro need to handle deviations or defections before the object leaves the seller or Kvdpro's facilities. If the buyer does not inspect the object on site but instead transports the object directly from the site using a shipper, the buyer is responsible for making sure the shipper inspects the object. In both cases, the buyer takes responsibility, i.e., if the buyer arranges transportation through a shipper or if Kvdpro is contracted to arrange transportation through a transportation company.
If you leave the collection point with the object, we see it as an approval of the object's condition. Comments, appeals, complaints, or reclamations made after the vehicle has been transported away from the seller’s property are not accepted by Kvdpro.
The object may be used up until completed purchase and delivery to the buyer. Gauge reading for mileage or time may vary by time of delivery with regards to the object’s description at Kvdpro.
Kvdpro always acts as an intermediary for the seller for each unique sale. Kvdpro does not provide any guarantees on intermediated objects. Guarantees may be provided, in certain situations, by the selling party or the manufacturer of the object. If guarantees are provided, this will be shown on the object page.
Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange loading, transportation, and possible transportation permissions if needed to pick up objects sold through Kvdpro.com.
