This means, for example, that the Buyer is responsible for any damage to the object and that the Buyer is responsible for its usage of the object. The Seller and KVD expects that the Buyer adhere to all applicable laws and regulations whilst using the object and that the Buyer does not use the object in a way that could result in any danger from an environmental or working environmental perspective. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the object is used by individuals duly instructed on how to operate the object.
