The description is made by the seller according to KVD's instructions. The item is not tested by KVD.

This item is sold on KVD Direct Auction. This means that the item remains at the seller's and released from the vendors facility after completion of auction.

The item is sold with the same auction terms and conditions of payment KVDs other items. Payment cannot be done on the place.

Note that KVD can not arrange loading, transport or any dismantling. This is the buyer's responsibility. Special pick-up conditions can also occur at Direct Auction.

Proxy / delivery approval is required if the item is retrieved by agent or carrier

Terms of sale:

When the purchase has been finalized, the Buyer takes over responsibility for the object. This means, for example, that the Buyer is responsible for any damage to the object and that the Buyer is responsible for its usage of the object. The Seller and KVD expects that the Buyer adhere to all applicable laws and regulations whilst using the object and that the Buyer does not use the object in a way that could result in any danger from an environmental or working environmental perspective. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the object is used by individuals duly instructed on how to operate the object.
