What happens if the object I bought does not match the description?
If the auction object differs significantly from the description we’ve made, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.
Can you help with transportation?
We provide transportation solutions for most types of items, but only in Sweden. At present, we only offer this to you who have a Swedish company. You can make a price inquiry for transport on each auction directly to our transport company.
Can I send someone else to pick up my item?
Yes. However, you must approve the item you purchased before the pickup and submit a power of attorney for the person whom will pick up the object. Documents for power of attorney and approval of the object are attached in the mail you receive after you win the auction and can either be mailed to us or be digitally signed.
Who changes the ownership of bought objects?
KVDpro manages the change of ownership between buyers and sellers. Some objects we sell are leased by the seller. Once payment has been received, the seller will remove the leasing and we will change the ownership to you. In such cases, it may take a few days after you have won the auction until you can pick up your item and be registered as owner.
Do I have to buy an insurance before I pick up the object?
If a vehicle will drive on Swedish roads after pickup, you must have a valid insurance.

What happens if a fault occurs on the object after I pick-up?
If the fault has occurred on the object before delivery, but not specified in the description, you can reclaim your purchase to KVD. We can then repair, give you a price deduction or buy back the object. For faults that occur after delivery, alternatively is described in the description, KVD will not take responsibility. All reclaims must be notified by mail to reklamation@kvdpro.com
When do I need to pick up my object?
All objects must be paid and collected within five working days.
