How do I become a member?
You can register either as a business or as a private individual. Enter your personal details, address and contact information as well as a unique username. When you’ve filled in all the details, click "register". Should you have filled in any information incorrect or if the username is taken, an error message will appear in red text further up on the page and you cannot continue until you fix the problem. If all your details are correct, you will receive a code on your mobile phone. The code is needed for confirming that the phone number belongs to you when you select your password.

What can I do if I forgot my password?
On the login page you can fill in your e-mail address. We will mail you a link to a page where you can choose a new password.
Can I register as a private individual?
Yes. You can either register as an individual or as a business. You choose this at the top of the page where you register your personal information.
I have an account at kvd.se, can I also use it on kvdpro.com?
No, you cannot use the same log in details on Kvdpro and Kvdcars.
How does My Pages work?
The My Pages tab is used to make it easier for you to keep track of our auctions. It is divided into three functions.
My list: Here you can save the auctions you are interested in to a favorite list to easily find them.
Saved Searches / Alert: Here you add reminders when new items within a particular category appear on the website. Fill in what you are looking for in the search box and then click "save search". You will then be notified by email when an auction that matches your search criteria appears on our website.
My ended auctions: Here you will find the auctions you previously participated in.
