What are the advantages of selling my object at kvdpro.com?
When you choose Kvdpro you can be sure of getting a secure and simple sale. Our knowledgeable team is with you from the start and they take care of all the steps of the sales process, leaving you worry free. You choose whether you want your object to be tested or documented and then you decide on a minimum selling price, we call this "reservation price". Your object will be shown on our website kvdpro.com during the auction. To ensure good visibility for your object, we market it in many different channels, such as Blocket, Autoline and the Finnish object advertising page Nettikone. Other channels that your object may appear in include email, SMS, advertising on Google and Bing and on social media. When your item is sold, we handle payment to your account, transportation and possible complaints.

What do I need to think about before I hand in my object?
You will be notified by your personal sales coordinator at Kvdpro regarding which of our facilities you can hand in your object to. You will also receive contact details to that facility. Settle with the facility when you intend to hand in your object. Do not forget to include all documents such as service books, registration certificates and other documentation. Make sure to clean out any personal belongings. If your object is financed, you need to notify your personal sales coordinator at Kvdpro. Also inform us if you have any other information that we need to know.
What is the time expectancy for a sale?
The time expectancy depends on many different factors. What could affect the duration is, among other things, whether you choose a test or a documentation. Other factors that may affect how long the sale takes is, for example, if the object reaches the reservation price during the auction or not. That is, if the object is re-auctioned or not. What happens if my object is not being sold?
If the auction doesn’t reach your reservation price, your contact person at Kvdpro will try to mediate a deal with the bidders. If they can’t make a deal, your object will be put on another auction, free of charge.
How much does it cost to sell objects via Kvdpro?
Depending on whether you choose a test or a documentation we have different price levels. We recommend that you contact us at Kvdpro for more information. If you are a new customer we recommend that you contact one of our sales representatives, you can find contact information for them here. If you are an existing customer and have previously sold objects, please contact the responsible sales coordinator or our customer service, you can find contact information here.
Can you arrange transport of my item?
Can you arrange transport of my item to one of your facilities?
Yes, we can. We cooperate with several different transport companies. As a selling customer, you need to inform us at Kvdpro if you need help with transportation to one of our facilities. We can handle most types of transport. If you, the selling customer, cannot provide help with loading and unloading you need to inform us at Kvdpro about this. We can help to arrange services for both loading and unloading.
After a finished auction, it is the purchasing customer's responsibility to handle the transport of the purchased item. We at Kvdpro can help the buyer to arrange transport, loading and unloading. Can you arrange export (transport abroad) of my item?

Do I have to submit my object to a Kvdpro facility?
No, we also offer what we call direct auctions. This means that the object remains at the seller’s property during the sale and is not transported to any of Kvdpro's facilities. The service is beneficial if you have objects that are difficult or costly to transport or where you need to have the object in use during the sale. In these cases we send out Kvdpro staff or partners that perform the test or the documentation before the sale. When the sale is completed and payment has been received, the item is handed over to the buyer at the place where the object is located.

How is my object marketed?
In addition to our own auction page, your object is marketed on major Swedish and international buying and selling pages. For example, we advertise your item on Blocket, Autoline and the Finnish ad page Nettikone.
How does the test and the documentation work?
All objects sold via Kvdpro either undergoes a test or a documentation. The information from these can be found under each object. Read more about what testing means here and what documentation means here. When an object is published on our website you can easily determine if it is tested or documented. This information can be found in the object view. The different objects will be marked either with a “Tested by Kvdpro" symbol or "Documented by Kvdpro" symbol. You can also see this symbol on the object page, once you have clicked on the object.
Tested by Kvdpro
During a test, Kvdpro's own professional technicians or partners carry out a thorough inspection of the vehicle or machine and always lifts both strengths and deficiencies. A kvdpro test is standardized and is based on a specific test template that all our technicians and partners follow. Which test template that is used depends on what type of object that is to be tested, for example, the same type of template is not used for a wheel loader as for a tractor as functions and tools differ between the different types of objects.
A selection of the things that may be tested are brakes, gearbox, fittings, tires, equipment and engine. A thorough review of the object's protocol from inspection and service history is conducted. We also inspect and verify the vehicle or machine's kilometer counter or hour counter. The result of the test is presented on our website kvdpro.com.
Documented by Kvdpro
During a documentation, it is the seller who describes the condition of the object for Kvdpro's staff or partners. The documentation is standardized and is based on a specific test template that all our technicians and partners follow. Which test template that is used depends on what type of object that is to be tested, for example, the same type of template is not used for a wheel loader as for a tractor as functions and tools differ between the different types of objects.
How does payout work?
Once we have received money from the buyer and your object has been picked up, we pay out your money. The money is paid out to your bank.
Who handles complaints?
